HOW EFT WORKS

Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) is a powerful, transformative practice that blends the ancient art of Chinese acupressure with principles from modern psychology. Through gentle fingertip tapping on specific points along the body’s energy meridians, EFT helps release emotional disruptions — whether they stem from recent stress or reach as far back as childhood experiences.

Think of it as acupuncture, but without the needles — and instead of focusing on physical pain, we address emotional wounds.
